| We serve morning coffee & breakfasts between 9.00am
– 12.00pm everyday. Choose from a bowl of cereals, filled
roll, small breakfast to the “Famous Gut-Buster”.
Lunches, snacks and meals are served from 12.00pm-2.30pm Mon-Frid
and then again from 5.00pm-8.30pm. We are open all day Sat
& Sun. High Teas are also available. Menus are centred
around good traditional home cooking and baking, using local
suppliers and fresh produce. We also have a daily Specials
Board giving that more Cordon Bleu selection.
The menus are served in a Restaurant of your choice ~
“The Cove” is a cosy intimate setting or for
that smaller family gathering it is ideal.
“The Islander” nestles away from the bar area,
giving you privacy. You can relax, taking in our choice
of beers, real ales, spirits, wines or soft drinks.
“The Pier” is a light airy restaurant and being
a larger room it also serves as the Function Room, for Private
Functions, such as Weddings, Christenings, Birthdays and
Conferences. The room houses a wooden dance floor and has
its own bar area.
At the rear of the Hotel we have a Courtyard which offers
car parking facilities. A secluded beer garden, so you can
eat “Al Fresco” or have a cool beer. Watch out
for the summer barbies.
Children are welcome in the dining areas. We have a children’s
play area where our resident guinea pigs and rabbits stay
and they do like visitors. This is an unsupervised area
and we do ask parents to join in. When it is cold or raining
we a have a selection of books and games the children can
use.
We provide accommodation and all rooms are en-suite, non-smoking
& have fantastic sea views. We ensure that your room
is equipped with everything you might need during your stay
with us.
Weddings at The Sands ~ We provide a service where your
day is made special. You can relax with your family &
friends and enjoy yourself.
