Mussels in a bath of Thai green curry / Thai corn fritter with sweet chilli sauce / Wonton cup with smoked chicken and mango
Starters
Hake and king prawn fish cakes, green Nam Jin (green chilli dressing) served with a Thai cucumber and egg salad
Thai Gyozo (Crispy steamed vegetable dumplings) with a spring onion, tamari and chilli dipping sauce
Pork Laab salad (Minced pork fragranced with lemon grass, mint and lime leaf) served in crisp lettuce purses
Main Courses
Sirloin steak served with Massaman curry (a delicious Thai curry made with coconut, Indian spices and roasted peanuts) Served with crispy shallots and jasmine rice
Crispy skinned Salmon fillet served with Pad Thai (Traditional Noodle and shrimp dish)
Thai Aubergine, Wild Mushroom, sweet potato and coconut stew served with crispy noodles
Desserts
Chocolate and chilli spring rolls with frozen banana mousse
Coconut rice pudding brûlée

On the last Friday of the month our passionate and talented chefs will be showcasing their favourite styles of cuisine! Starting with Thai on 31st January, pre-booking with a £10pp deposit and a pre-order will be essential for these authentic dining experiences.
Our ever-popular seafood and tapas buffet nights will continue on the first Friday of the month alternately!
